Originally from the small town of St. Mary's County, Maryland, Jenifer is a performer, choreographer, educator, and multi hyphenate artist in the heart of NYC!
Her journey began at 17yr. old when she moved to NYC by herself with two suitcases and a dream. Just one week after her first audition, she found herself playing Belle in Beauty and the Beast aboard the Disney Magic—a total game-changer for this country girl! From there, Jenifer earned a BFA in Musical Theatre with a Minor in Commercial Dance from PACE University. Her journey continued with training in Shakespeare Performance at the Royal Academy of Dramatic Art in London, England.
Jenifer's performances reached prestigious stages, from the Lincoln Center in NYC to the Edinburgh Fringe Festival in Scotland to the Dirty Dancing National Tour across America. She also made her mark on the big screen, acting in the major motion picture Mother's Day, directed by Garry Marshall starring Julia Roberts.
Transitioning from the spotlight to the serene landscapes of Hawai'i, Jenifer danced with the esteemed Hālau Manaola hula company traveling the islands and Japan performing.
Currently back in NYC, Jenifer is happy being a dog mom to the greatest pup, Honey Dillow! Outside of that, Jenifer is on faculty at Broadway Dance Center and Broadway Dance Center Children and Teen's, guides her own dance company, Metanoia Dance, and works professionally as a performer and choreographer in the city. Jen's belief is that living a life "daring greatly" and pursuing what sets your heart on fire has the power to change the world for the better- and she hopes to inspire others to do the same!
